Expanding the Landscape of Healing

I believe healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming your voice, your relationships, and your power.
As a licensed therapist, psychedelic facilitator, and feminist coach, I help individuals, couples, and women unlearn harmful conditioning, reconnect to their truth, and create lives rooted in integrity and self-trust. I specialize in boundaries, high-conflict communication, and nervous system regulation—especially for those who’ve been taught to overfunction, over-give, or override their own needs.
My foundation as a practitioner began in 2006 with a graduate degree in existential-phenomenological psychology—a deeply humanistic and non-reductionistic approach that centers meaning, embodiment, and choice. Rather than seeing people as problems to be fixed, this lens asks: What matters to you? How are you making meaning? And how might your current symptoms be a signal from your soul—not a pathology to suppress?
Existential phenomenology challenges modern psychology’s overreliance on labels and quick fixes, drawing instead from philosophy, history, and the lived human experience. It honors complexity and sees healing as a return to values, voice, and grounded agency. This approach continues to shape everything I offer—from coaching to facilitation to therapeutic care and clinical supervision.
Through courses, coaching, education, and therapeutic experiences, I offer trauma-informed, somatic, and heart-centered practices designed to support deep transformation—in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
LEADERSHIP
A professor, licensed psychotherapist, licensed psilocybin facilitator, advocate, and activist - I hold a Masters in Existential-Phenomenological psychology and a PhD in Counseling, Counselor Education & Supervision. Bringing two decades of clinical expertise, I maintain a deep passion for championing innovative therapeutic approaches. In addition to life coaching and therapy, I am dedicated to mentoring and guiding the next generation of therapists, providing supervision and support as they develop their skills and grow.
MISSION & ETHOS
I am dedicated to fostering systemic change – one relationship at a time. My mission is to champion a shift in mental health by advocating for a holistic approach that prioritizes mind-body-spirit healing. I emphasize the importance of understanding and addressing your relationships and lived experiences, rather than solely focusing on treating symptoms, rooted in compassion, ethics and social justice. I am dedicated to empowering individuals, couples and families on their journeys of growth and healing.
- Systemic Change & Relationships: Specializing in couples therapy/coaching, amicable dissolving/divorce counseling (otherwise known as conscious uncoupling) and co-parenting support to nurture, intergenerational healing and promote happier endings.
- Innovative: Utilizing cutting-edge modalities like ketamine-assisted therapy, EMDR, transformational breathwork, and nature-based counseling. Additionally, as a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Oregon, I also offer legally sanctioned healing experiences that honor the power of expanded states of consciousness.
- Group Work: Group work provides a powerful dynamic that can elevate healing and transformation in ways that are often beyond the reach of 1:1 sessions.Â
- Embodied Leadership: I try to walk the walk; cultivating internal and interpersonal ways of being that promote humility, grace, and growth in all that I do.
-
Social Justice: I’m committed to anti-oppressive, inclusive care that affirms each person’s dignity, identity, and lived experience. I draw from feminist approaches that recognize how systems like patriarchy, racism, and capitalism shape our mental health—and help clients reclaim voice, power, and agency in the face of those forces.
"When I dare to be powerful - to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
- Audre Lorde

Come Home to Yourself.
Your Healing Is a Revolution.
This is where old narratives end.
And new ones—rooted in truth, power, and self-trust—begin.
I offer feminist therapy, coaching, and trauma-informed support for individuals, couples, and women ready to unlearn harmful conditioning and re-write the story of who they are and how they love.
Is This Right for Me?
The strong ones. The overthinkers, high achievers, and recovering people-pleasers who’ve learned to survive by performing strength—but are ready to stop abandoning themselves in the process.
Deep feelers with big hearts, who show up for everyone else but can’t quite name (or prioritize) their own needs without guilt.
Courageous truth-seekers—not because life has been easy, but because you’re no longer willing to settle for disconnection, resentment, or autopilot living.
Done with surface-level self-help. You’re craving real transformation—rooted in meaning-making, nervous system wisdom, and radical self-honesty.
Willing to unlearn what’s been passed down. Even if it’s uncomfortable. Even if it means disrupting old patterns, roles, or expectations that no longer serve you.
This is soul work, not a performance. If you’re ready to reclaim your voice, your power, and your boundaries—this space was made for you.
